Challenge
A technical founder had a sharp product and five different stories depending on the room. Sales used one pitch. The board heard another. Podcasts drifted into features. Buyers left conversations interested and still unsure what made the company different. Internally, people kept asking what the positioning was.
Solution
EKA built narrative architecture around one thesis: a 30-second version, a 90-minute version, and a version for a technical buyer versus a finance buyer. Same claim. Different depth. Thought leadership posts and talks were written from that spine, not from whatever felt timely that week.
Result
Sales and the founder started using the same opening line. A podcast host restated the thesis back to them. Board updates stopped reopening the “what are we saying” debate. The product did not change. The story finally held still long enough for other people to carry it.
