Challenge
A revenue lead at a growth-stage company had decent reach and a comment section full of peers, vendors, and well-wishers. Impressions looked healthy. None of the 40 accounts on the live pipeline were talking back. Engagement had been treated as a volume game: like more, reply to everyone, hope the algorithm noticed.
Solution
EKA built a short account list and a weekly engagement map. Comments went to those 40 people and the rooms they already sat in, not to whoever posted that morning. Replies were specific: a question, a disagreement, a useful aside. No generic “great post.” The founder’s own posts were written so those accounts had something to react to.
Result
Over a quarter, 11 of the 40 accounts commented or replied at least once. Three conversations moved from a thread into a real intro. Total comments on the profile did not explode. The right names started showing up, which was the only number the team had asked for.
